Transition of non-executive director Holly Liu into advisory role

20 August 2020: Animoca Brands Corporation Limited (“the Company”) announces that Ms Holly Liu has resigned as a non-executive director on the Company’s board of directors, effective as of 11 August 2020, and has transitioned to an advisory role. The Company is grateful to Ms Liu for her work as a non-executive director and looks forward to her further contributions as an advisor.
